STRABAG has delivered the 'Moiré', a new five‑storey, turnkey office building with a two‑level underground car park at Square Mile 27E in Belvaux, based on a design developed by the property developer STRABAG Real Estate (SRE). The building is designed to accommodate 19 rental units, with an initial layout concept already prepared.
Flexibility was a central consideration in the design of the office spaces. The planning process explored various configurations—including cellular offices, hybrid arrangements, and open‑plan layouts—while also accounting for potential third‑party use. The total internal floor area amounts to 7,045 m².
Below the building lies an underground car park providing 86 parking spaces and four additional standing positions for short‑term electric vehicle charging, as well as technical and archive rooms. The overall floor area of the underground facility totals 4,344 m².
