Developed by STRABAG Real Estate and executed by STRABAG, the BF20 project—marketed as residence Luc & Léna—consists of two apartment buildings comprising a total of 51 units. The development includes an underground car park with 77 spaces on level ‑1 and dedicated storage rooms on level ‑2. The residential buildings cover a combined floor area of 5,400 m², while the underground parking facilities extend across 3,350 m².
