In early 2022, following an extensive and diverse career within the international and national operations of another leading construction group, Götz joined the STRABAG Group. His background covers civil engineering, buildings, dredging, oil and gas, and more than 15 years of supporting industrial clients. Over the course of his career, he advanced from technical controller on major projects to project manager, technical manager, senior site manager and, ultimately, division manager. In these various roles, he worked across different countries and cultures, gaining broad international experience and professional fluency. You can address him in French, German or English – and he is working on his Luxembourgish, slowly but surely, as one does when joining the Grand Duchy.

From 2022 onwards, Götz was responsible for major industrial projects in the life sciences sector at Ed. Züblin AG in Freiburg. In July 2025, he was appointed Technical Director of the newly established STRABAG Luxembourg business unit.
 
With nearly three decades of experience in the international construction industry, Götz is committed to strengthening STRABAG’s position in the Luxembourg market. He combines a strong passion for construction and teamwork with a clear focus on HSE, quality and digitalisation – shaped by long-standing experience in the oil and gas industry, heavy production and life-science industries.
