Early sharing of knowledge, requirements, and experience ensures the optimisation of the project. This Design & Build approach provides maximum transparency, supports excellent progress on site, and enables swift and efficient decision-making.
Close cooperation with the client ensures a well-balanced execution, in which risks and potential conflicts are quickly identified and effectively managed. By anticipating challenges at an early stage, unnecessary costs during construction are avoided. Design

The initial phase focuses on defining the project framework and establishing its objectives. STRABAG Luxembourg contributes to the design process or assumes full design responsibility. In addition, our company acts as a project consultant, carrying out needs assessments, site surveys, and economic feasibility studies. These instruments provide a solid foundation for monitoring the agreed targets regarding budget, schedule, and constructability.

Implementation

During execution, STRABAG Luxembourg acts as general contractor. Implementation depends on the agreed budget, deadline and desired quality. At this stage, STRABAG Luxembourg is responsible for the entire project management, construction work and commissioning of the building complex.

Building Management

The client may also opt for an additional phase in which STRABAG takes on facility management responsibilities. During the operational period, STRABAG manages maintenance activities on behalf of the owner and/or user.
Our facility management services cover the coordination and supervision of support activities such as refurbishments, extensions, renovations, and general maintenance. As a result, our organisation is well placed to deliver a wide range of DBFM projects.
